What draws people to FURIA and motivates return visits is its fusion cuisine with Latin roots, a result of the professional experience and creative direction of Executive Chef Juan Rodulfo and Nikkei Experience Chef Ruben Cova. The gastronomic experience allows diners to indulge in a significant portion dedicated to sushi, featuring the most surprising and ingenious rolls like the FURIA roll: salmon, kani, unagi cream cheese, bubu arare, threads of chili, and ikura. They also offer a vegan option, the veggie roll with Asian mushroom aioli, crispy wakame, shiitake mushrooms, asparagus, avocado, and porcini powder. Catering to Keto followers, there’s a rice paper roll with lettuce, radishes, salmon, tuna, hamachi kani, chives, avocado, and yuzu soy mix. Additionally, there’s a variety of nigiri, tiraditos, iconic sashimi, hosomaki, and more. However, the dish that concludes the sensory experience for every palate is created by the Nikkei Experience Chef with the “Omakase de FURIA,” representing the delicacy and essence of Japanese gastronomy with a philosophy of elegance in each bite.
