Las Uvas – Penonome: It has a route of 67.59 kilometers. It is of high level of difficulty, but it has incredible views. 

Trillo La Colorada: with a route 15.03 kilometers longo is located in Veraguas Province.

Explore Natural Wonders While Hiking

Filled with tropical flora, diverse wildlife, and photo-worthy views, Panama’s trails offer an option for every taste, from easy, scenic hikes with city views to challenging, secluded trails around extinct volcanoes, islands, and lush rainforests.  In Panama City there are the seven trails of the Metropolitan Natural Park. In the Soberania National Park you will find some of the best hiking routes, such as the Camino del Oleoducto. In Bocas del Toro, Bastimentos you will enjoy various trails. One is Salt Creek, in a Ngäbe community where you can walk through a rainforest on the Caiman Trail. The Los Quetzales trail, which crosses the National Park and connects Cerro Punta and Boquete, is one of the most visited by tourists from all over the world.
