This adventure sport is an activity that can be done by people of all ages. An experience that makes each person feel as if was flying. At the end of this activity, participants return to the hotel where they will have 30 minutes of relaxation and rest accompanied by a delicious coffee or drink from the bar, and the unbeatable view of the Valley and the Pacific Ocean.

Hiking in Eco Tourism Paths
Finca Oasis dedicates 75% of its area to the conservation and regeneration of the forests that are within the Volcan Baru National Park. It has a great variety of flora, including 63 species of trees, mosses, bromeliads, orchids, lilies, mountain papaya, wild raspberries and many more. Being a secondary Rainy tropical forest with transition to Cloudy, the fauna is abundant, since there are Deer, Pizotes (single cat), Agouti (neque) and some others such as howler monkeys. The bird fauna is very varied since 262 species of birds can be found, of which you can watch Falcons, Hummingbirds, Woodpeckers and the majestic Quetzal, among others.
The tour in the hiking tour lasts 2.5 hours with the opportunity to watch many of the bird species that inhabit the sector. Observation of fauna is more limited as they remain in deeper sectors of the park. During the tour, the Natural, Geological and Cultural history of this entire sector is explained by an expert guide who is part of Finca Oasis staff.

Day Pass at the Oasis Restaurant
In this natural paradise it is also possible to enjoy it with a delicious meal and impressive views. For this reason, they also offer a day in their beautiful restaurant, from where each Visitor will enjoy a delicious meal accompanied by a hot drink or a delicious smoothie, as well as an unparalleled view of the Valley and the Pacific Ocean (if it is not cloudy). All with a very pleasant and comforting cold mountain weather.
On the restaurant’s menu you will find starters to share such as the classic bruschetta with tomato, basil and mozzarella; They also have delicious chicken and ham sandwiches with cheese, and the house favorite the Pita Pizza.
